Measure the circumference around your wrist and ankle at the widest point around the bone.

• Custom (add measurement in notes)
• S = 5.5”-7.5”
• M = 8”-10”
• L = 10.5"-12.5"

As needed, wipe with a damp cloth to clean, buff with dry cloth to dry. Do not saturate or submerge in water. Do not expose to extreme heat.
