Delivery support from the workshop

Delivery Protection

Every LVX order is protected through delivery at no additional cost.

If an eligible shipment is lost or damaged in transit, LVX handles the carrier claim and works directly with you on the resolution.

What Delivery Protection Covers

Delivery Protection applies to eligible orders affected by loss while in carrier possession, damage that occurs during transit, or another documented delivery failure approved by LVX.

Claims involving packages marked as delivered, theft after delivery, incorrect addresses, forwarding, customs, or delivery refusal require individual review.

How Claims Are Handled

Contact LVX as soon as you identify a delivery problem. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any available photos or carrier documentation.

LVX reviews the shipment record, initiates the applicable carrier claim, and determines the appropriate resolution. Depending on the circumstances, resolution may include repair, remake, replacement, store credit, or refund.

Transit Damage

Keep the item, shipping carton, internal packaging, and shipping label until the claim is resolved. Carriers may require photographs or physical inspection of the original packaging.

Do not discard damaged packaging unless LVX confirms that it is no longer needed.

Lost Shipments

A shipment is not automatically considered lost when tracking is delayed or stops updating. LVX reviews the carrier status and any applicable waiting period before beginning a resolution.

Delivered but Missing

Packages marked as delivered may require confirmation with household members, neighbors, building management, or the local carrier office before a claim can proceed.

Signature confirmation may be required for higher-value orders.

What Is Not Covered

Delivery Protection does not cover losses or delays caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
  • Address changes made after shipment
  • Package forwarding
  • Refused deliveries
  • Customs refusal, seizure, or unpaid import charges
  • Failure to retrieve a held package
  • Damage occurring after delivery
  • Fraudulent or unsupported claims

Starting a Claim

Contact LVX through the website contact form or reply to your order confirmation email. Include your order number, a description of the issue, photographs when applicable, and any relevant carrier communication.

Claims should be submitted promptly after the issue is discovered.
