Measure the circumference around the wrist (or ankle) at the widest point around the bone.

• S = 5.5”-7.5”
• M = 8”-10”
• L = 10.5"-12.5"
Dimensions:
2" wide base with 5/8" hardware and strapping.
Fit:
For a snug fit, measure closely against the skin. For a more relaxed fit, allow additional room based on preference.
